  1.  The references in this Privacy Policy to “Universidade NOVA de Lisboa”, “us” or “our” refers to the Conference NOVA Health Chronic Disease and Infection, hereinafter referred to as “Universidade NOVA de Lisboa”, which determines the purposes and means of data processing, under the terms described below, for which purpose it is considered the entity responsible for processing, under the terms of the General Regulation on Data Protection and other applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. 

 

III - Collection and Treatment of Personal Data

V - Retention of your Personal Data 

1.  Users' personal data will be kept only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, i.e. a 5 year period, except if another period of retention elapses from the applicable law. 

2.  In what circumstances is there data communication to other entities?

The Universidade NOVA de Lisboa may transmit the personal data of users: 

  a) to use other entities for the provision of certain services,the extent that this service may involve access by these entities, the personal data of Users.
